Mark Halliday, president of Hallmark Contracting, has been working as a carpenter for over 20 years. Hallmark Contracting has grown significantly since we incorporated back in 2002. We have always specialized in custom decks and over the past few years have expanded to include basement finishes and kitchen and bathroom remodels.
